Iryna Glushchenko advises on a broad range of issues in investment and commercial arbitration. She has acted as counsel to sovereign states and private entities throughout all stages of their legal disputes and arbitral proceedings under all major sets of rules (ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC and DIAC) and institutions (the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, Arbitration Court at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, Arbitration Institute at the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague). Iryna has advised on annulment, recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards before Ukrainian, French and Swedish courts.
Iryna has handled arbitrations related to energy, mining, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality with disputes relating to exploration and production contracts, shareholders’ liability, licensing agreements and other long-term commercial contracts and investments in general.
She received her degree in law from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and was trained at major international law firms and the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. Prior to joining AEQUO team Iryna was an associate with a prominent arbitration law firm in Paris, France.
