Practice Focus

Pavlo is a head of the firm's international arbitration and cross-border litigation practices.

For over the past twelve years Pavlo has focused on investment, commercial and energy-related disputes, and has successfully represented clients as counsel in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in Ukraine and abroad under variety of arbitration rules (inter alia, AAA, LCIA, ICC, SCC, ICAC Ukraine, ICAC Russia, GAFTA, UNCITRAL etc.) as well as in complex transboundary litigation cases before Ukrainian courts, including the Ukraine’s Supreme Court.

He also has considerable experience in proceedings on setting aside international arbitral awards and enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Ukraine, and assisting in enforcing Ukrainian judgments abroad (BVI, England, Hungary, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland).

Pavlo Byelousov regularly acts as an arbitrator in international arbitrations and was included in the list of arbitrators recommended by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC Ukraine), as well as Riga International Commercial Arbitration Court (RICAC) and Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
