Aequo advised Dragon Capital in connection with legal due diligence of the six-story building with the total area of 4,441 sq. m, located in Kyiv, Shpaka Street, 3. After the reconstruction and adaptation of the premises, Dragon Capital intends to transfer the building to Kyiv School of Economics for long-term use.
