Aequo is delighted to announce the promotion of Ksenia Koriukalova to senior associate.
Ksenia’s main areas of practice are international arbitration and litigation. She worked on commercial and investment arbitration cases under the rules of various arbitral institutions, including the ICC, the ICSID, the SCC, the ICAC at UCCI, as well as under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.
Ksenia has also represented clients in complex litigations before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court. The projects Ksenia has worked on cover a number of industries, including energy and natural resources, infrastructure and transportation, financial institutions, real estate and construction, etc.
Ksenia is a holder of specialized degrees in the field of international arbitration and dispute resolution from Stockholm University and New York University School of Law. Before joining Aequo team, she did her internship with the international arbitration group of Shearman & Sterling LLP in Paris.
Ksenia is an attorney admitted to practice in Ukraine and the State of New York.
