Anna handles full scope of services related to IP portfolio management of both patents and trademarks, including providing advice on registrability, trademark watch, trademark similarity and identity searches, registration of trademarks according to national and international procedures, liaising with overseas counsels, preparing notices of opposition, account administration, undertaking research as well as domestic and international trademark renewals. As well as patent prosecution, including drafting and filing the applications, analysis of PTO examiner formal requests, obtaining letters of patent, managing annuity payments, etc.

She has acted for domestic and international companies such as Darnitsa pharmaceutical company, Raiffeisen Bank, Zimmerman, EMVCo, Ciklum, Corteva, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company and many others in agro chemistry, pharma, IT, etc.
