Anna advises on various competition and antitrust issues. She has significant experience representing the clients before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in merger control cases and various investigations initiated by the authorities or market players.

She has participated in a number of matters involving legal due diligence exercises, with particular focus on antitrust compliance and regulatory issues.
