Mariia specializes in complex litigation projects and represents clients in corporate, commercial, and administrative disputes. She also has considerable experience in bankruptcy matters and cross-border disputes. 

Mariia represents national and international companies in Ukrainian courts in the fields of energy, real estate, aviation, defense industry, and other sectors. 

With strong litigation experience, she advised and represented clients in disputes involving the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, National Bank of Ukraine, State Property Fund of Ukraine, National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission, state executive service bodies and other public authorities. 

Her practice also includes advising and representing clients in matters related to war damages.
