Pavlo Otenko focuses on international arbitration and domestic litigation issues, with significant experience in commercial disputes. He represents clients in complex cross-border disputes and advises clients on the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and court judgments in various jurisdictions. 

He previously worked at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, where he was actively involved as national legal counsel in developing the legal framework for the international compensation mechanism for damages, losses, and injuries caused by the Russian Federation’s military aggression against Ukraine. 

In addition to his Ukrainian legal and economic education, Pavlo obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in European and International Business Law at Mykolas Romeris University (Vilnius, Lithuania). Mr. Pavlo also received his PhD in International Law in 2022, with research on the legal acts of the European Commission.
