Yulia provides legal assistance and takes part in representing both Ukrainian and foreign clients before Ukrainian courts and international arbitration with a special focus on banking and financial disputes as well as disputes in the industries of gas production, renewables and energy transmission and supplies.
She regularly works on commercial and investment arbitration cases under the rules of International Chambers of Commerce (ICC), Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC at UCCI), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and under the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
Also, Yulia focuses on the evidence and evaluation of damages caused to clients in Ukraine due to the war and advises clients on legal mechanisms for recovery of inflicted damages, including international investment arbitration.
