Save the date: DIH Naval Forge – Naval defence conference – 8 June 2026 to 9 June 2026
DIH Naval Forge will take place in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 8–9 June 2026 as a curated naval defence event focused on maritime warfare, naval innovation, and operational lessons from Ukraine’s battlefield experience.
The conference is organised by Defence Innovation Highway, a platform focused on defence innovation cooperation between Ukraine and Nordic countries, in partnership with Danish Tech Startups and supported by European defence stakeholders.
The event brings together European and Ukrainian defence stakeholders, including military leadership, government representatives, defence companies, investors, and maritime technology developers. It is designed to connect operational realities from Ukraine’s naval environment with European defence industry and decision-makers.
The programme spans two days and combines strategic discussions, technology showcases, and operational demonstrations:
Day 1 focuses on naval security strategy, maritime warfare adaptation, panel discussions, and an expo of naval technologies and prototypes, followed by closed networking sessions.
Day 2 includes live demonstrations of Ukrainian naval systems with access to operational units, along with partner-led sessions and targeted meetings between companies, investors, and military representatives.
Participants will have opportunities to build partnerships, test technologies, and exchange insights, strengthening both Ukraine’s and Europe’s defence technology ecosystem.
A curated technology showcase allows selected companies to present directly to military operators and procurement stakeholders, with emphasis on operational feedback and validation from Ukrainian naval units.
