Tencore and Milrem Robotics service THeMIS UGVs in Ukraine
Ukrainian defence tech company Tencore and Estonia’s Milrem Robotics have signed a memorandum of understanding at Eurosatory 2026.
The companies agreed to jointly support and service THeMIS unmanned ground vehicles already operating with Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
They will also deepen cooperation under the Build with Ukraine programme and other intergovernmental projects.
In October 2025, the company announced a Dutch-led initiative to deliver more than 150 additional THeMIS UGVs to Ukraine; in June 2026, Milrem and VDL Defentec handed over the first Netherlands-produced vehicles for onward delivery to Ukraine.
The cooperation combines Milrem’s system integration expertise with Tencore’s battlefield experience. Separately, Tencore’s TerMIT UGV is expected to be produced in Germany through the Quantum Tencore Industries joint venture.
