Ukraine and the Netherlands are launching joint drone production under the Build with Ukraine programme.
Production will be based in the Netherlands and financed by the Dutch side. The focus will be on mid-strike and deep-strike UAVs.
At the first stage, the drones produced under the programme will be supplied to Ukraine’s Defence Forces.
The countries also signed an agreement on defence innovation and cooperation between defence companies.
The Netherlands will allocate €250 million for additional UAV supplies to Ukraine and another €250 million under the PURL programme, including for air defence missiles.
