Yevheniya Chernetsova has been elected to the Board of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association

Yevheniya Chernetsova, Senior Associate at Aequo, has been elected to the Board of the Real Estate and Infrastructure Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association for 2026–2027.

Among Yevheniya’s key areas of work are developing agreed expert positions on issues of law enforcement in the real estate and infrastructure sector, participating in discussions of regulatory initiatives, and creating platforms for the exchange of practical experience between lawyers, businesses, and government representatives.

“Today, issues of real estate and infrastructure are closely related to post-war reconstruction. That is why it is important to speak not in abstract terms, but based on real practice and law enforcement issues, and for the legal community to be directly involved in shaping decisions in this area,” – Yevheniya Chernetsova.
