Acting as Ukrainian law experts in a corporate dispute at the High Court of Justice in London

Our attorneys acted as a member of the Ukrainian law expert team for a world-leading iron ore producer, a FTSE 250 Swiss-headquartered company. This was in a case brought at the High Court of Justice in London against a number of UK-domiciled companies with regard to a dispute over the 40% stake in its Ukrainian subsidiary controlling its main Ukrainian assets, the world’s largest iron ore mining site.
