Acting for an international investor in a dispute over oil and gas exploration and development licences

Our attorneys successfully acted in Ukrainian courts for a Houston-based international deepwater oil and gas exploration and development company, in a multi-million dispute with the Ukrainian Ministry of Environmental Protection regarding the special permit (licence) to explore and develop hydrocarbon resources in the Black Sea deepwater shelf area, which our client was authorised to operate under a production sharing agreement.
