Aequo advises Inditex Ukraine on tax issues connected to launch of online sales in Ukraine

Aequo advised Inditex Ukraine on various tax issues connected to the launch of online sales in Ukraine, as well as the development of the online stream of business as a whole. Our role involved advising on tax, customs, regulatory issues applicable to alternative models for online sales, requirements for formalizing sale and return transactions, and obligations imposed by customer protection, data protection, and product liability regulations.

Additionally, our advice covered the tax aspects of a newly introduced system of electronic cash receipts, a project that required careful planning since it was implemented on a large scale across the client’s businesses.
