Aequo advised OLX Ukraine on OLX Delivery and ad regulations

In June 2022 Aequo advised OLX Ukraine, a part of OLX Group, a network of leading marketplaces in 30+ countries with 20+ brands, on the competition, consumer protection, tax, and contract law issues related to the new features' launch, and promotion of OLX Delivery, a service available to all OLX users to make their deals safer and cheaper.  

The project included structuring relations with the delivery service partners and a payment provider.  Aequo also assisted OLX with the limitations and peculiarities related to the advertising of regulated business activities.
