Aequo advised Dragon Capital in connection with comprehensive legal due diligence regarding a six-story building with a total area of 4,441 sq.m., located in Kyiv, Shpaka Street, 3. After the reconstruction and adaptation of the premises, Dragon Capital intends to transfer the building to the Kyiv School of Economics for long-term use.
