Aequo advises Dragon Capital on the acquisition of the Sky Park Shopping Mall in Vinnytsia

Aequo has advised Dragon Capital Investment Limited, a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies, one of the leading private equity investors in Ukraine, on the acquisition of a 30,000 sq.m. shopping mall, Sky Park, in Vinnytsia.

Sky Park is a mixed-use complex in the city centre and comprises a 25,000 sq.m. shopping mall, office space and roof-level parking.
