Aequo advises MTS in relation to its expansion of co-operation and strategic partnership with Vodafone in Ukraine

Aequo acted as a legal counsel to MTS in relation to the extension of its Strategic Partner Market Agreement with Vodafone, one of the world's largest mobile operators, and expanding its scope in Ukraine. Pursuant to this partnership, the companies rolled out 3G and developed a number of new services in Ukraine, which are also available to Vodafone clients worldwide.

Aequo advised on Ukrainian law matters relating to intellectual property.
