Aequo виступила радником Банку Кредит Дніпро та маркетплейсу Kasta при запуску інноваційного продукту

Aequo acted as legal advisor to Bank Credit Dnipro and the Kasta marketplace in the launch of an innovative financial product – an example of how the global embedded finance trend is being systematically established in Ukraine.

The global market is shifting towards a model, where financial services are integrated directly into digital ecosystems – marketplaces, taxi services, and SaaS platforms. Banking is becoming a part of the customer journey. This specific approach has been implemented in the partnership between Bank Credit Dnipro and Kasta.

Within the scope of the project, the co-branded Kasta Visa Card was launched, which allows customers: to obtain credit limits directly during purchases, using the marketplace's loyalty programs, to get quick access to loans on competitive terms, and perform secured transactions in real time.

"Launch of such combined products requires deep legal expertise and an understanding of digital business mechanics. Embedded finance is no longer a future trend, but a reality transforming the financial market," comments Yulia Kyrpa, Executive Partner at Aequo.
