Aequo advised Vodafone Ukraine

Aequo advised Vodafone Ukraine PrJSC in seeking approvals from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in respect of the intended no-compete arrangements and acquisition by it of control over Farlep-Invest PrJSC (the Vega brand) and Cable TV-Finance LLC.

The objective of acquisition by Vodafone Ukraine of the said companies is to further develop its telecommunications business, in particular, the services of landline telephone communications.

The antitrust and competition law team was led by Partner Serhiy Denysenko and included Senior Associate Yevhen Blok and Associate Uliana Zahariya.
