Acting for a major international bank in a USD 458 million shareholders' dispute

Our attorneys acted at Ukrainian courts for a major international bank and the majority shareholder in one of the leading Ukrainian banks in a dispute arising out of the claim of a minority shareholder, for obligatory buy-out of its shares in the bank for USD 458 million. The matter included several cases at Ukrainian commercial courts as well as stock market regulator investigation in connection with the manipulation of the stock price.
