Yevheniia is a member of the Real Estate industry group, providing advice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, as well as various land, development, and leasing matters.

She regularly assists Ukrainian and international clients, including leading private equity funds, corporations, retail companies, financial institutions and private investors. Yevheniia has worked on high-profile share and asset deals aimed at acquiring the largest logistics complexes, shopping malls, office centers, and industrial parks.

In 2022-2023, Yevheniia furthered her experience in international M&A projects during her secondment to a leading Dutch law firm's Corporate and M&A practice.

She participated in several unique policy-shaping projects in the land law sphere supported by the International Finance Corporation and USAID AGRO.

Yevheniia has also gained significant experience in advising on regulatory matters in oil and gas and natural resources spheres, having been involved in several landmark Eurobond placement projects of Naftogaz, as well as prominent cross-border transactions on purchasing mineral water producers.

Yevheniia is proud to be involved as a legal expert in pro bono projects of the firm aimed at rebuilding Ukrainian social infrastructure for those affected by the war.
