Nataliia specialises in domestic commercial, civil, and administrative litigation, cross-border civil and commercial disputes, and international arbitration.

Nataliia's experience includes advising on various civil, commercial, corporate, and other areas of private law, subsoil use and land law, and pharmaceutical regulation. Her expertise also covers litigation support in foreign jurisdictions, asset tracing, seizure, and recovery in Ukraine and abroad, as well as recognition and enforcement of domestic court judgments abroad (UK, Cyprus, Switzerland, British Virgin Islands).

She represents leading Ukrainian and international companies in disputes over damages, debt collection, tax, corporate, banking, and governmental disputes, as well as in cases of defamation and protection of honour, dignity and business reputation.

Nataliia has been interning for a long time in the dispute resolution team at a prominent international law firm' in the UK and has practical experience of dealing with disputes under English law.
