Vadym specializes in dispute resolution representing clients in corporate, commercial, banking, and regulatory disputes.

He has been representing leading Ukrainian and international companies in energy and natural resources, real estate and construction, and other sectors for more than seven years.

Throughout his career, Vadym has successfully represented clients in a series of precedent-setting litigations before Ukrainian courts, including the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Vadym advises a number of businesses on the prevention and minimization of various litigation risks in reprofiling and restructuring their operations.

In 2015-2016, he was the President of ELSA Ukraine (The European Law Student's Association). As a national coordinator, Vadym took part in the International Legal Research Group on Social Rights according to the European Social Charter.

Vadym focuses on commercial and administrative litigation as well as on corporate disputes.
