Vadym specializes in dispute resolution representing clients in corporate, commercial, banking, and regulatory disputes. He acts before Ukrainian courts and international arbitration tribunals, representing leading Ukrainian and international companies in energy and natural resources, real estate and construction, and other sectors for almost ten years.

Throughout his career, Vadym has successfully represented clients in a series of precedent-setting matters, including those before the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Vadym regularly advises businesses on the prevention and minimization of various disputes risks in reprofiling and restructuring their operations.

In 2015-2016, he was the President of ELSA Ukraine (The European Law Student's Association). As a national coordinator, Vadym took part in the International Legal Research Group on Social Rights according to the European Social Charter.
