Nataliya Dryuk appointed to the INTA’s Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee for the 2022-2023 Term

Nataliya Dryuk, counsel, co-head of Intellectual Property at Aequo, has been appointed to the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee of International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2022-2023 term.

The Committee develops and advocates the Association’s policy regarding the balanced protection of famous and well-known marks. The committee will monitor developments in treaties, cases, legislation and regulation in various jurisdictions, complete analyses and propose policy recommendations to the Board.

Nataliya is a well-recognized and respected expert in intellectual property, and in civil and commercial litigation. She provides legal services to both domestic and foreign companies on trademark, patent, copyright, and domain name litigation as well as licensing and IP due diligence.
