Sergey Denisenko Promoted to Partner at Aequo

Sergey Denisenko is the partner of Aequo’s antitrust and competition law practices from January 2020. In a new role, Sergey will continue to develop antitrust practice and lead one of the biggest teams involved in the most complicated projects in the market.

Sergey has 15 years of hands-on experience in antitrust and competition. The main aspects of work include merger clearance and concerted actions, protection against unfair trade practices and competition compliance. Sergey regularly represents clients in abuse of dominance and concerted actions investigations conducted by the regulator.

Sergey received master’s degree in International Law at the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law at King’s College London.
