Aequo acts for ATB in a real estate dispute

We assisted ATB, the largest discount store chain in Ukraine with more than 1,000 supermarkets over the country, in a dispute over the extension of a lease agreement for a large plot of land, surrounding a shopping mall in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. 

In seeking to confirm that ATB had the right to the land we developed a litigation strategy that has proven to be fully successful throughout the courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court that ruled in favour of our client.
