Aequo defended Vodafone in a dispute with a senior-level employee

Aequo has successfully represented Vodafone in a dispute with a former senior-level employee who sought to be reinstated to their position.

The case concerns termination of the employee who failed to attend the office following cease of lockdown due to Covid restrictions as introduced by the Ukrainian Government.

In this matter Aequo’s attorneys developed a line of arguments explaining to the court that a longstanding non-attendance of the office without a good reason cannot be treated as remote work, and convinced the court to dismiss the reinstatement claim in full.
