Aequo Advises the Leading Private Equity Fund in the Transaction on Acquisition of Land Plots in Boryspil District of Kyiv Region

Aequo has advised the leading private equity fund in the transaction on acquisition of several land plots in Boryspil district of Kyiv region. Pursuant to the transaction terms, the buyer acquired from the foreign investor 100% of shares in the Ukrainian companies holding such land plots.

Aequo lawyers performed legal due diligence of the targets, advised on the transaction structure, negotiated and drafted the transaction documents, as well as assisted with the completion procedure.
