Aequo Advised the Founder of Carpathian Mineral Waters Group on the Sale of a Stake to Maspex Group
Aequo acted as legal counsel to the founder of Carpathian Mineral Waters group in connection with the sale of a stake in the company to Maspex Group.
Aequo provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction, including advising on its structure, drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation, securing merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and assisting with the implementation of post-closing corporate governance arrangements.
The transaction gives the Carpathian Mineral Waters group access to a portfolio of more than 90 brands, as well as the resources and expertise of one of Central and Eastern Europe's leading food and beverage companies.
