On 10 February 2023, Aequo was awarded with a certificate of appreciation for taking an active part in the development of the e-learning video course “Anti-Corruption”. The anti-corruption educational series was created with the informational support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, curated by the UN Global Compact.

The course is available on the Diia.Business portal and the Diia.Digital education platform. This video course aims at enhancing the principles of honest operation of small and medium-sized enterprises, without which it is impossible to be a link in the supply chain of large Ukrainian and international companies.

“At Aequo we highly appreciate our long-lasting prolific cooperation with the UN Global Compact. Being a part of this anticipated project proved efficiency of partnerships essential to fight corruption at all levels. We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to a brighter future of Ukraine”, commented Anna Babych, Aequo's Executive Partner.

On 8 December 2022, Aequo became a signatory to the UN Global Compact Ukraine Memorandum on Joint Anti-Corruption Actions in Ukraine during the Anti-Corruption Week. The initiative aims to strengthen accountability, compliance, and transparency of business in conditions of uncertainty and facilitate speedy recovery of Ukraine’s war-raged economy after the victory.

In 2018, Aequo became the first national law firm to join the UN Global Compact as a participant.
