Aequo has launched a research initiative aimed at exploring the needs and expectations of young lawyers regarding internships in law firms. The survey, conducted by LegalTalents.Report, seeks to uncover what motivates students to participate in such programs now, their experiences, and their vision of the ideal internship.
The survey is anonymous and will run until October 15, with results published on the official website and in legal publications in early November.
For Aequo, this project is a continuation of its work on educational initiatives, as the firm has successfully run the innovative Aequo Friends internship program since 2017. This coming Monday, September 23, marks the start of the 10th anniversary wave of the program.
