Aequo Partner Tetiana Kudrytska co-moderated the panel “IP Protection in Action: Judicial and Administrative Tools.”

Practical experience rather than theory was at the core of the session “IP Protection in Action: Judicial and Administrative Tools,” held as part of the IP UKRAINE NOW 2025 conference organised by the Ukrainian Bar Association.

Aequo Partner Tetiana Kudrytska co-moderated the discussion, which brought together representatives of the judicial and administrative systems, as well as intellectual property professionals. Participants discussed key trends in court practice, the digitalisation of procedures at the Appeals Chamber of UKRNOIVI, the development of mediation, and the challenges currently faced by rights holders.

The discussion once again confirmed that effective IP protection is possible only through dialogue between public authorities, business and the professional community.
