Nataliia Druyk elected to the council of the UBA Intellectual Property Committee
Nataliia Druyk, Partner at AEQUO, has been elected for the third time to the Council of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association for the 2026–2027 term.
As part of the Committee’s work, Nataliia will continue to contribute to the development of positions on legislative initiatives in the field of intellectual property, monitor court practice related to IP rights, and support the organisation of professional events. One of the key priorities will also be supporting the launch of the High Court on Intellectual Property and consolidating the position of the professional IP community on this matter.
“It is important to me that the professional IP community has a real impact — both in the process of developing legislative changes and in matters related to the launch of the High Court on Intellectual Property. The Committee should serve as an active platform for discussing current practice, sharing experience, and shaping a common professional position,” says Nataliia Druyk.
