Three Aequo representatives have been elected to the committees of the International Trademark Association (INTA) for the 2026–2027 term — one of the world’s leading organisations in the field of trademark protection.

Aequo Partner Tetiana Kudrytska became a member of the Enforcement Committee, which shapes and promotes the Association’s policy on administrative and judicial protection of trademarks. The Committee monitors court cases, legislative initiatives and regulation in various jurisdictions, prepares analytical materials and recommendations for the INTA Board, and is engaged in advocacy for the harmonisation of trademark protection standards.

Aequo Partner Nataliia Driuk joined the Anticounterfeiting Committee, which develops and promotes INTA’s policy on combating counterfeiting. The Committee examines trends in international treaties, legislation and enforcement mechanisms, prepares analytical materials and recommendations, and interacts with key market participants and organisations involved in counter-counterfeiting efforts.

Aequo Lawyer Yeva Babenko was elected to the Unreal Campaign Committee — an INTA initiative aimed at raising awareness among young people aged 14–23 about the importance of trademarks and brands, as well as the risks associated with counterfeit goods. Yeva will participate in delivering educational activities for school pupils and students, as well as in developing content for the campaign.

The International Trademark Association (INTA) is a global association of brand owners and intellectual property professionals, comprising more than 6,700 organisations from 185 countries. INTA contributes to economic growth, innovation and consumer trust.
