Vadym Maistruk elected to the сouncil of the Procedural Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association

Vadym Maistruk, сounsel at Aequo, has been elected to the Council of the Procedural Law Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association for the 2026–2027 term.

Within the Committee’s work, Vadym will focus on expert and analytical activities, contribute to the improvement of procedural legislation, and take part in organising educational and professional events aimed at ensuring the consistency of judicial practice.

“Daily work on complex court proceedings clearly shows where procedural rules require change or more courageous application. The Committee’s task is to systematically transform these practical signals into well-balanced proposals for improving procedural legislation and to promote the consistency of judicial practice as a foundation of effective justice,” said Vadym Maistruk.
