Vladyslav Dvortsov has been elected to the Council of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association

Vladyslav Dvortsov, Senior Associate at AEQUO, has been elected to the Council of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association for the 2026–2027 term.

His work will focus on strengthening the Committee’s role as an expert centre for arbitration and mediation, developing cooperation with national and international arbitration institutions, increasing trust in ADR mechanisms, and formulating practical recommendations for their application across various sectors.

“As businesses increasingly need effective, flexible, and reliable mechanisms for protecting their rights, the development of arbitration and mediation in Ukraine is of particular importance. I am confident that the Committee’s systematic work, drawing on the practical experience of its members, will contribute to strengthening the position of ADR mechanisms,” said Vladyslav Dvortsov.
