Aequo law firm successfully represents one of the largest Ukrainian medical centers in the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine in a Tax Dispute

Aequo’s dispute resolution team successfully defended the interests of one of the largest Ukrainian medical centers in the tax dispute.

The subject of the dispute was the appeal of the tax assessment notices, by which the State Tax Inspection Authority had assessed the additional UAH 5 million income taxes. The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine adopted a decision which upheld the legal position of the company and found no legal grounds to impose any additional tax liabilities to the company.
