In recognition of the outstanding work and high performance Denys Kulgavyi, Yevgen Levitskyi, Andrey Nikolayenko and Myroslava Savchuk have been promoted to senior associates. Denys Kulgavyi

Senior Associate, Banking and Finance, Aequo, is experienced in advising international and Ukrainian financial institutions and corporate clients on obtaining funding in the international and domestic markets, transactions with securities, various regulatory issues, and implementation of various security mechanics, as well as debt restructuring. Denys’ practice is also focused on complex legal due diligence within the agriculture, infrastructure and transportation sectors. Legal 500 2014 marks the professional achievements of Denys Kulgavyi within Banking, Finance and Capital Markets and names him a ‘rising star’ lawyer.

Yevgen Levitskyi

Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution, Aequo, provides legal advice to both domestic and foreign companies regarding various aspects of property, commercial, corporate, banking and international private law and international arbitration. He has significant experience in debt collection in favour of clients, including mortgage and guarantee enforcement. Yevgen specializes in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, bankruptcy proceedings and in enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. He also deals with criminal proceedings related to commercial and civil matters.

Andrey Nikolayenko

Senior Associate, Registered Patent and Trademark Attorney, Intellectual Property, Aequo, focuses on trademark, patent, copyright/related rights and domain name litigation. He represents clients in criminal cases related to the distribution of counterfeit products in different regions of Ukraine. Andrey also has a considerable experience in trademark and design prosecution, assignments and licenses, and managing IP portfolios. His expertise includes out-of-court dispute resolution in complex IP matters.

Myroslava Savchuk

Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution, Aequo, specializes in international arbitration and litigation with particular focus on commercial, corporate and tax litigation. She is experienced in representing clients in disputes with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and the tax and customs and other regulatory authorities, as well as enforcing foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Myroslava also advises on various aspects of taxation, competition and investment regulation in Ukraine.
