Aequo strengthens its Real Estate & Construction practice with new Counsel

Aequo is pleased to announce that Iurii Gorda has joined the firm as a Counsel of the firm’s Real Estate & Construction practice.

Iurii has a significant experience that encompasses all aspects of commercial and industrial Real Estate, with a particular emphasis representing developers, retailers, agro holdings in diverse types of transactions. Also, he advises in various development projects concerning the land lease and the sale of the newly built apartments. A significant portion of Iurii's practice involves representing investors in complex real estate litigation cases, including in the areas of land use.
