AEQUO Presents New Ukraine to International Community at the IBA Annual Conference

On October 6, 2015 Aequo held a Great Art Night reception in the world famous Leopold Museum in Vienna, Austria. The event was organized on the occasion of the IBA Annual Conference 2015, the largest gathering of the international legal community in the world, and attracted more than 200 guests representing business, government, professional and business associations, as well as media.

In their welcome speeches, Olexander Scherba, Ambassador of Ukraine to Austria, and Denis Lysenko, Managing Partner with Aequo, presented the current status of reforms and their vision of future developments in Ukraine.

Moreover, the guests of the Great Art Night event organized by Aequo with the support of Leopold Museum enjoyed the private view of must see masterpieces of modern art, including Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele during the exclusive guided tour. Guests were impressed by the high profile of the event.

Aequo is also proud to support the Business Breakfast organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association in the framework of the IBA Annual Conference at Park Hyatt Vienna on October 5, 2015. At the event the keynote speakers Aivaras Abromavicius, Minister of Economy and Trade of Ukraine, and Oleksiy Filatov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, covered new investment opportunities in Ukraine, judicial reform, recent legislative changes and new business opportunities within the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.
