Aequo is Highly Commended in the European Competition / Antitrust Team of the Year category at The Lawyer European Awards 2021

This year Aequo is highly commended in the European Competition/Antitrust Team of the Year category at The Lawyer European Awards 2021.

Our Antitrust, Competition & Trade team has been recognized for advising the European Business Association (EBA) on establishing the first voluntary container management system for collection and disposal of empty pesticide containers in Ukraine. This project is the joint initiative of the major global producers of pesticides, including BASF, Adama, Bayer, Syngenta, Arysta, FMC, Nufarm, Summit Agro Ukraine, and others.

This year, Aequo has been shortlisted for The Lawyer European Awards 2021 in three categories:

• Law firm of the year: Ukraine,

• European corporate team of the year,

• European competition/antitrust team of the year.

The winners were announced at the virtual ceremony on December 1.

The Lawyer European Awards (TLEA) was the first initiative of its kind to reward and celebrate excellence across the European legal market. Since 2009, each year, TLEA showcase the impressive achievements of Europe’s finest within the legal industry. The awards scheme attracts entries from over 120 independent law firms headquartered in Europe and global firms across the Continent.
