Aequo’s Partners Anna Babych and Yulia Kyrpa Elected Chairs of Corporate Law & Stock Markets and Banking, Finance & Insurance Law Committees of Ukrainian Bar Association

Aequo partners Anna Babych and Yulia Kyrpa have been elected to chair the Ukrainian Bar Association’s committees:

  • Anna Babych, partner, co-head of Corporate M&A, Aequo, was elected Chair of the Committee on Corporate Law & Stock Markets, and

  • Yulia Kyrpa, partner, head of Banking & Finance, Aequo, was elected Chair of the Committee on Banking, Finance & Insurance Law.

They were elected by the majority vote of members of this professional association.

Her transactional experience includes work on a number of the most complex, high value deals in recent Ukrainian history.
