Pavlo Byelousov is Listed as Recommended Arbitrator by the ICAC Ukraine

Pavlo Byelousov, counsel at Aequo, is included into the Recommendatory List of Arbitrators of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC Ukraine).

The ICAC Ukraine was founded on June 10, 1992 and is the only institutional international court of arbitration in Ukraine. The ICAC Ukraine is the leading permanent arbitration court in Europe according to the number of international commercial disputes referred to its consideration. In particular, in 2016 the ICAC Ukraine registered 922 cases. The Recommendatory List of Arbitrators of the ICAC Ukraine is composed of 114 high-profile experts, among them scientists, professors, experienced practitioners. Given their professional and personal qualities, the experts consider fair and impartially complex disputes according to circumstances of the case and applicable law and render an arbitral award enforceable in almost all countries in the world.

For over ten years Pavlo Byelousov has successfully represented clients as attorney/counsel in proceedings before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court of Ukraine and specialized civil and commercial courts, and before international arbitration tribunals in Ukraine and abroad.
