On January 12th, 2015 the Superior Commercial Court of Ukraine considered cassation appeal of major Baltic Asset Management Company Reverta JSC in case on protection of title to mortgage asset, obtained by the company as a result of enforcement of mortgage.
The asset is the commercial premises located at the downtown of the city of Kyiv.
Due to the complexity of the case the Superior Commercial Court of Ukraine considered Reverta JSC’s cassation appeal by the panel of 7 judges. After 10 hours court hearing the Superior Commercial Court of Ukraine granted Reverta JSC’s cassation appeal substantiating legitimate claims of the company, and upheld first instance court judgment on recognition of Reverta JSC’s title to premises as of 26 December 2013.
